Job Description

Location Gurgaon GGN Bangalore BLR Work with incident management using ServiceNow by following established runbooks Utilize observability tools such as Dynatrace to monitor application performance and reliability Support applications developed using Java Kafka and PostgreSQL Manage source code and collaborate using GitHub

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle and resolve incidents efficiently using ServiceNow platform Follow and update runbooks to ensure consistent incident response Monitor application health and performance through Dynatrace and other observability tools Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and scalability Manage version control and code repositories using GitHub Participate in continuous improvement of SRE processes and automation efforts Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems
