Site Supervisor - Operations (interior Fit-out Projects)

The Site Engineer holds the responsibility for comprehensive project scheduling, operational monitoring, and project management once signoff is complete. This ensures project execution by various teams in accordance with TTS standards for design and timeline

Responsibilities:

During Design Stage :

Assign vendors to the project, analysing project scope and the timeline.

Understand drawings in all disciplines (civil & modular) and validate drawings, and BOQ.

Confirm all project drawings and associated documents, assigning projects to the project engineers based on the individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

Post signoff, develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, addressing bottlenecks if any.

Explain the entire process and project schedule to the client during signoff, providing clarifications as needed

During Execution Stage:

Monitor and deliver the project cycle from signoff to execution to final handover, taking complete ownership and responsibility for the assigned scope and budget.

Track project performance, analysing successful completion of milestones and short-term goals.

Establish and maintain relationships with clients, third parties/vendors.

Audit site work through regular inspections and ensure the quality of the project is as per TTS standards.

Conduct formal weekly calls with the client to understand feedback during the execution phase and address any issues.

Obtain approvals on running bills from the client for changes/additions in project scope, preparing and sharing the revised project schedule with the client and the team.

Be responsible for project management, delivery & installation timelines, budgeting & cost management, end-product quality, and root-cause problem solving to continuously improve operations

Align with the accounts team to understand the project's commercials and ensure it does not affect project progress.

Act as the single point of contact during any escalation between the client and TTS to ensure projects are delivered on time within TTS-defined quality standards.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in residential interior projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Deep appreciation and understanding of site execution for residential interiors

Ability to assess design feasibility, visualise on-site conditions and foresee execution risks

Proactive with the ability to prioritise work

Extremely high level of ownership and learning aptitude

Working knowledge on Scheduling and vendor management

Good written and verbal communication skills

Capable of handling multiple scale projects simultaneously

Excellent client-handling and internal communication skill
