Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with project designs and timelines. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control, collaborating with contractors and team members to address project requirements, ensuring compliance with structural engineering standards, and effectively communicating project updates and challenges with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Experience in on-site construction management and coordination
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in quality control processes and standards
• Knowledge and expertise in civil engineering principles and practices
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail
• Previous experience with residential, commercial, or cultural projects is a plus
• Previous experience with Interior fit out projects
