Role Purpose :

The Site Engineer is responsible forexecuting the vendors scope of work at sitein strict accordance withapproved drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety requirements, under the technical direction and coordination ofVinton Engineering. This role ensuresaccurate installation, quality compliance, and timely completionof the assigned vendor scope.

1. Vinton's scope execution
2. Manpower productivity
3. Quality and safety compliance

Scope & Boundaries :

1. Execution of assigned steel / faade / roofing / allied works
2. Manpower and tool management
3. Vendor material handling at site

Detailed Responsibilities :

A. Execution

1. Execute works strictly as per approved drawings
2. Ensure correct fixing, alignment, and finishing
3. Follow approved erection and installation sequence

B. Coordination

1. Coordinate daily with Vinton Site Engineer
2. Align work with other vendors to avoid interference
3. Attend coordination meetings as required

C. Quality & Safety

1. Ensure work complies with specifications
2. Cooperate in inspections and rectifications
3. Enforce safety practices among workforce

D. Documentation

1. Submit daily progress inputs
2. Support measurement and inspection records
3. Provide material certificates and test reports

Qualifications & Experience

1. Diploma / DegreeMechanical Engineering
2. 35 years' experience in relevant scope
