Role Description

• Monitor daily progress of projects.
• Providing on time detailed update to stake holders both internal and external (PMC. Client, Architects Etc.)
• Ensure team members have the supplies & resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time & Within their budget limits.
• Coordination with procurement team to ensure timely supply of required materials for smooth completion of Projects.
• Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on- site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame.
• Monitor projects time, cost, quality, scope resources and risk management
• Supervise the construction of works / Interior Fit out Works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are as per approved make and carried out in accordance with the Project Plan
• Efficiently manage and work closely with designers.
• Effective Usage of Project Management skills and tools.
• Preparation/ Submission/ Necessary Documents/ Billing to Clients to ensure timely receipts of payment for works completed as per BOQ.
• Coordinate with the design team with regards to the Preparation/ Submission/ Approval of Shop & as build Drawings.
• Lead, Manage & guide site engineer, Safety personnel effectively.
• Ensure usage of all safety norms at site & attend client meetings regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site operations, including overseeing and managing construction activities.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Understanding of quality control measures to ensure projects meet required safety and construction standards.
• Proficiency in Structural Engineering techniques and principles.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and project management software is a plus.
