We are seeking a Site Engineer - Interiors for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with project specifications. Key responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors, monitoring site progress, and resolving on-site challenges. The role also requires effective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, enforce safety standards, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience in managing on-site construction activities and ensuring seamless project execution.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members, contractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of quality control practices to maintain high standards in project delivery.
• Proficiency in structural engineering principles and their application to interior projects.
• Background in civil engineering with a solid understanding of building materials and construction techniques.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
