• Proficiency in site management and coordination with contractors and project teams
• Strong skills in Quality Control to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards
• Solid understanding of Structural Engineering principles and their practical application
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Relevant education and experience in civil engineering or a related field
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to evolving project requirements
