Site Engineer

Salary: 40,000/month

Experience: 45 years

Qualification: B.Tech Civil (or higher)

Role Summary

Site Engineer to support day-to-day execution across our residential, commercial, and fit-out projects primarily site marking/setting-out and ensuring all work is carried out accurately as per approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out site marking and setting-out (layout, levels, grid lines, centre lines) based on architectural and structural drawings

Verify ongoing site work against drawings, specifications, and quality standards; flag and resolve deviations early

Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to keep execution on track

Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and translate them to site

Maintain daily progress records, site measurements, and basic reporting

Support quality checks, material verification, and adherence to site safety practices

Requirements

B.Tech in Civil Engineering or above

45 years of hands-on site experience (civil and/or interior fit-out preferred)

Strong drawing-reading skills and proficiency with site instruments (total station/auto level an advantage)

Eye for detail, ability to catch execution errors against drawings

Good coordination and communication skills
