Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution of

solar PV installations (Ground-mounted). The role involves managing construction activities,

coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards,

and supporting commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per design and schedule

Coordinate with EPC, electrical, and civil teams for smooth workflow

Inspect installation of modules, inverters, structures, cabling, and other components

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards

Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and checklists

Assist in system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering

35 years of experience in solar Ground Mounted EPC projects preferred

Knowledge of PV systems, electrical connections, and construction practices

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to travel and stay at project sites
