Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom, drive sales, and build strong relationships with customers, interior designers, architects, and design consultants. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing showroom activities as well as actively meeting industry professionals outside the showroom to generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Drive sales and achieve showroom revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, product presentations, quotations, and order closures.
- Maintain showroom visual merchandising and product displays.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, design firms, and premium clientele.
- Conduct regular market visits and meetings with architects, interior designers, and channel partners to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads, customer requirements, and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and customer support.
- Monitor inventory requirements and showroom stock levels.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular business updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 48 years of experience in showroom sales, luxury retail, furniture, home dcor, building materials, or interior products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, and high-value customers will be preferred.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Background
Candidates from luxury retail, furniture, furnishings, home dcor, interior products, tiles, sanitary ware, lighting, paints, or related industries will be preferred.
