Location: Work From Office (Wagle Estate, Thane)

Salary: 15,000 20,000/month (based on experience)

Teams work closely across creative, marketing, and product functions to launch and scale new stores quickly.

About the Role-

You'll be responsible for building Shopify stores end-to-end, clean, conversion-ready, and launch-ready. This is a hands-on execution role where output speed, work quality, and reliability matter more than theory. You'll work directly with the founder and product team to push new stores live.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Shopify Store Development

Build new Shopify stores from scratch- product pages, collections, checkout flow

Customise themes to match the brand and conversion goals of each store

Set up apps, integrations, payment gateways, and shipping rules

Ensure stores are mobile-optimised, fast-loading, and visually clean

2. Quality & Execution

Deliver stores that are ready to launch, not just functionally complete

Test every store thoroughly before handover- buttons, forms, links, checkout

Fix bugs and breakages quickly when reported

3. Collaboration

Work closely with the founder, product team, and creative team

Take clear briefs, ask the right questions, and move fast

Communicate progress clearly: -what's done, what's next, what's blocked

4. Improvement & Learning

Stay updated with new Shopify features, apps, and theme updates

Look for small improvements that make stores convert better

Pick up adjacent skills (basic HTML/CSS/Liquid edits) were useful.

Requirements-

Hands-on experience building websites is important

Shopify-specific knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory; willingness and ability to learn it fast

Strong communication and basic computer skills

Comfortable with theme customisation and basic HTML/CSS

Able to work full-time from our Thane office, Monday to Saturday

Strong portfolio of websites you've built. We want to see actual work, not certificates

Reliable executor you finish what you start, on time

Quick learner who can pick up Shopify fast if not already familiar

Takes ownership of the stores you build, not just the tasks you're given

Timings: 10 AM 7 PM

Working Days: Monday Saturday
