Shopify Developer & E-commerce Specialist

We're FlashReach, a performance marketing agency running Meta & Google campaigns and building high-converting Shopify storefronts for D2C brands. We're looking for a Shopify developer who obsesses over conversions, not just code.

What you'll own:

• Build Shopify stores from scratch- theme setup, page architecture, navigation, and full product catalogues
• Custom Liquid templating sections, blocks, snippets, and schema-driven settings for non-technical editors
• Design and develop high-converting product pages, home pages, collection pages, and landing pages
• Run CRO (conversion rate optimisation) audits and implement A/B test variants to improve add-to-cart and checkout rates
• Increase AOV through upsell/cross-sell flows, bundle builders, post-purchase offers, and sticky cart mechanics
• Integrate and configure Shopify apps reviews, loyalty, subscriptions, upsell, live chat, and more
• Collaborate with the paid media team to build dedicated landing pages for Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Maintain site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first responsiveness across all builds
• Handle basic WordPress builds or landing pages when required by client projects
• Interpret performance data (heatmaps, session recordings, GA4) and turn insights into UX improvements

Nice to have:

• Experience working at a D2C brand or e-commerce agency
• WordPress / Elementor / WooCommerce experience
• Basic understanding of Meta and Google ad funnels knowing what a landing page needs to do after the click
