 To take care of smooth operation of all equipment  To control and monitor the preventive maintenance carried out as per schedule.  To provide the resources and time for HSE training, workplaces, accommodation and facilities for staff.  To attend HSE meetings and address HSE issues.  Ensure SO observation completion on time.  TBT for all associated team members  Ensure 100% legal compliance  Participating in all near miss incidents and accident investigations.  Participating in emergency exercises  Requiring that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventive recurrence.  Attend safety committee meetings  Spread safety procedure across down team  Ensure preventive maintenance of all equipment  Ensure Closer of Checks complaints  Prepare daily engineering report  Ensure Permits & SOP implementation  Ensure Daily Tags & MIS  Ensure AMC as per Contract  Prepare shift schedule of maintenance staff  Ensure PPM activities.  Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time
