Role Purpose:

Provide operational administration and governance for SharePoint Online and the Power Platform, ensuring secure, compliant, and stable services in a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments
• Manage site provisioning, permissions, security groups, and access requests
• Support Power Apps, Power Automate, and SPFx from an admin perspective
• Enforce governance controls (sharing policies, retention, DLP, environment strategy)
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Audit teams to support control requirements
• Troubleshoot platform-level issues and coordinate escalation
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and audit evidence

Required Skills:

• SharePoint Online administration
• Entra ID, Power Platform Admin Center
• Understanding of governance, security, retention, and audit concepts
• Experience of operating in enterprise or regulated environments
