SF Experience Cloud Dev Lead

About Position:

We are looking for Experience Cloud Front End Expertise (LWC, Aura) Depth of hands on experience building LWC and Aura components specifically for Experience Cloud. Ability to handle guest vs authenticated users, template limitations, and portal performance tuning. Experience customizing sample intake, form-driven workflows, and UI-heavy portals evaluate: Real-world portal examples. Handling of complex UI logic and validations in portals.

What You'll Do:

• Salesforce Core Custom Object Coupling: Strong understanding of Sales Cloud objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Orders) Experience designing and consuming custom objects with tight dependencies.
• Ability to manage complex relationships, sharing rules, and data visibility in portals evaluate: How front-end components interact with Salesforce core data. Impact of data model changes on Experience Cloud UIs
• Integration Data Flow Understanding: Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as: LIMS platforms (e.g., Agilab) Microsoft Dynamics 365Custom Order Management systems. Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Platform Events, or async processing evaluate:
• End-to-end data flow explanations. Error handling, retries, and data consistency strategies
• Reverse Engineering Legacy Portal Analysis: Ability to analyze existing Experience Cloud portals with limited documentation. Skill in understanding legacy LWC/Aura, Apex controllers, and integrations.
• Confidence in refactoring or enhancing existing solutions without regression evaluate: Approach to understanding unfamiliar codebases. Risk mitigation and dependency analysis skills
• Domain Familiarity Lab Services / Life Sciences. Exposure to lab sample intake, processing workflows, or regulated environments. Awareness of data sensitivity, traceability, and compliance considerations.
• Ability to translate domain workflows into Salesforce data and UI designevaluate: Understanding sample lifecycle concepts. Alignment of technical design with lab operations
• Design Thinking, Communication Decision Rationale: Ability to explain why a particular LWC, data model, or integration pattern was chosen.
• Comfort interacting with architects, integration teams, and domain experts. Clarity in articulating trade-offs (performance vs flexibility vs maintainability) evaluate: Communication clarity. Architecture-level thinking beyond just coding.
