Role Summary
ServiceNow Solution Designer with Telco domain exposure to drive functional design and delivery for ITSM and Telco use cases for Optus.
Key Responsibilities
Design and configure ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB).
Lead requirement workshops and solution design.
Support integrations, testing, deployment, and UAT.
Must Have
46 years ServiceNow experience with ITSM focus.
Good understanding of Telco operations & NOC processes.
Expertise on Telco Industry solution/package
CSA + CIS-ITSM preferred.
