Job Summary

The Business Process Consultant ServiceNow IRM / SecOps is a functional and process expert who partners with customers to design, optimize, and implement risk, compliance, and security operations workflows using the ServiceNow platform. This role bridges business, risk, security, and IT teams, translating regulatory, risk, and security requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM and SecOps solutions that drive visibility, automation, and governance outcomes

Process Consulting & Advisory

• Act as the process and functional SME for ServiceNow IRM (GRC) and Security Operations (SecOps) engagements
• Conduct currentstate and futurestate process assessments, gap analysis, and process reengineering workshops with Risk, Compliance, Security, and IT stakeholders
• Advise customers on ServiceNow best practices, focusing on configuration over customization and platform scalability
