Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with ServiceNow Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, and Testing teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Monitor project budget, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updates.
  • Oversee UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition to support teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
  • Manage vendor and third-party coordination, if applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Experience in project estimation, budgeting, and resource management.
