We are hiring experienced ServiceNow Platform Developers across three specialized tracks: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Whether you are a seasoned ITSM architect, an ITOM infrastructure specialist, or an HRSD workflow expert, we want to hear from you. Successful candidates will join a high-performing team delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions for a global client.

Specialization Tracks

Track 1 ServiceNow ITSM Developer (Senior)

Experience Required: 910 years

• Design, develop and support ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management.
• Configure and maintain Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows and approval processes.
• Develop platform customizations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions and Script Includes.
• Support integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Track 2 ServiceNow ITOM Senior Developer

Experience Required: 910 years

• Design, implement and support ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
• Manage and maintain CMDB health, governance, CI reconciliation and data quality initiatives.
• Configure MID Servers, Discovery schedules and infrastructure integrations.
• Develop custom automations, workflows and integrations for monitoring and operational tooling.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security and operations teams to improve service visibility and efficiency.

Track 3 ServiceNow HRSD Developer (Intermediate)

Experience Required: 7+ years

• Design, develop and support HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Catalogs and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding and employee service processes using Flow Designer and workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with enterprise HR systems and third-party applications.
• Support testing, deployments, enhancements, production support and Agile delivery activities.

Common Responsibilities (All Tracks)

• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery, release management and platform upgrades.
• Provide production support and defect resolution across assigned ServiceNow modules.
• Document solutions, contribute to knowledge base and support peer code reviews.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement.

• Experience integrating HRSD with enterprise HR systems
