Roles and Responsibilities

• 37+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer / Consultant.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules (Risk, Policy,

Compliance, Audit, Issues).

• Solid understanding of Legal Operations and Risk Management processes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and ServiceNow

administration.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Legal Case Management (LCM) or legal intake workflows.
• Exposure to financial, regulatory, or enterprise risk frameworks.
• Knowledge of data privacy, SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, or similar standards.
• Experience with Performance Analytics.

ServiceNow certifications:

• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
• CIS Risk & Compliance / IRM
