Experience: 4-12 Year
Venue: Chennai Walkin location Chennai - SNR Kumaran Nagar, Sholinganallur, OMR, Chennai 600119, Tamil Nadu, India
Must Have:
- Experience implementing ITSM /ITAM solution using the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its relationship to asset management and IT service management processes
- Domain knowledge of SAM, HAM, CSDM, CMDB, and Intune is required
- Consulting experience is an added advantage
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, REST) and integrations
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude
- Required Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
