Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow IRM Lead/Architect to design and implement Integrated Risk Management solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise along with experience in risk, compliance, and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow IRM (GRC) solutions
- Configure modules like Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit
- Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Flow Designer flows
- Customize dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics
- Handle integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work closely with business teams to gather requirements
- Ensure scalable and high-performance solutions
- Lead and mentor development team
- Manage deployments and version control
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform (flows, scripting, workflows)
- Experience in REST/SOAP integrations
- Understanding of risk, compliance, audit frameworks
- Experience in end-to-end implementation
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-IRM / CAD)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (ISO, SOX, GDPR)
- Experience working with global teams
