• Strong experience in ServiceNow development (36 years)
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting:
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs
• Proven experience in GRC / IRM module (minimum 2 years)
• Experience with UI Builder / Agent Workspace
• Experience in Service Portal development (widgets, pages, AngularJS basics)
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and framework
• Hands-on experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and data handling
• Experience in update sets, deployment, and instance management
• Good understanding of REST/SOAP integrations in ServiceNow
• Experience in testing (Unit, Integration, UAT support)
