ServiceNow Developer to Trainer | Full-Time Enablement Role

• and great trainers are usually great implementers first.

We are looking for a strong ServiceNow developer / consultant / functional practitioner who wants to move into a full-time training and enablement role.

Not part-time.

Not freelance.

Not side work.

This role is for someone who wants to build a serious career in ServiceNow education and help others become truly project-ready.

Who should apply

You are a strong fit if you have:

• 5+ years of real ServiceNow project experience
• Strong functional and technical understanding
• Confidence working beyond theory and documentation
• The ability to explain concepts clearly to freshers, professionals, and career-switchers
• A genuine interest in mentoring, teaching, and enabling others

You should be able to move comfortably between:

• implementation thinking,
• solution explanation,
• troubleshooting,
• and learner guidance.

Mandatory experience

We are specifically looking for someone with:

• Strong depth in ITOM
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following:
• ITAM
• GRC
• CSM

ITSM-only profiles are not a fit for this role.

We want multi-module exposure and real enterprise understanding beyond basic service desk workflows.

Technical expectations

These are non-negotiable:

• JavaScript
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• REST / SOAP integrations

You do not need to know of scripting and integrations.

You should be able to demonstrate them naturally from real project experience.

What you will do

------------------

Training & Delivery

• Deliver full-time instructor-led ServiceNow training
• Teach ITOM + ITAM / GRC / CSM using real use cases
• Explain the why, not just the how
• Prepare learners to be interview-ready and project-ready

Curriculum & Technical Contribution

• Show scripting and integrations through practical examples
• Help evolve the curriculum based on market needs
• Share implementation challenges, mistakes, and best practices
• Improve how we teach enterprise ServiceNow, not just what we teach

Mentorship

• Guide learners on career paths and role expectations
• Help them transition confidently into ServiceNow roles
• Serve as a trusted practitioner voice inside the HackNow ecosystem

Qualifications

----------------

Preferred, but flexible:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or related field
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA / CIS / CIS-Implementation are a plus
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or enablement is an advantage

That said, real project experience matters more than certificates.

Engagement model

Pure full-time role only

No part-time.

No freelance.

No parallel commitments.

Compensation

----------------

60,000 90,000 INR per month

Based on experience, consistency, and learner impact

Work mode

• Remote across India
• Pune hybrid / onsite preferred, where possible
