Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally it should not be more than 3-5)

  • ServiceNow workflows, Client/Server Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions and UI policies
  • Advanced ServiceNow development and system integration work to be done (like Jira to SNOW, for example)
  • Good Aptitude/Willingness to work extended shifts
  • Good Functional knowledge in Service Now
  • Have experience in writing Business Rules, Scripts/Policies, Custom tables
  • Have idea on Service Now ITSM, Discovery/APM & CMDB OR HRMS/HAM
  • Have knowledge on SNOW integration
  • Good communication skills.
