Hiring: ServiceNow IRM Developer / Senior IRM Consultant

Location: Bangalore / Noida / Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week from client office)

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow IRM professionals to join a high-impact implementation project. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and the ability to work in a fast-paced client environment.

• Active ServiceNow CSA certification mandatory
• IRM certification preferred/required
• Strong hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions
• Ability to lead implementation activities and guide project execution

Key Requirements:

• Experience working on ServiceNow IRM implementations
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with client office presence three days a week

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM modules
• Client-facing consulting experience
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
