• Candidate must have experience working on CMDB and ITOM modules.
• Overall Experience: 58 Years.
• Relevant ServiceNow Experience: Minimum 3+ Years.
• Location: Bangalore .
• Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (Mandatory).
• Shift Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM IST.

Mandatory Skills:

• ServiceNow Development
• CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• ITOM (IT Operations Management)

Preferred Experience:

• ServiceNow customizations and configurations
• CMDB management and governance
• Discovery and Service Mapping exposure
• ITOM implementation/support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
