Role Overview

The ServiceNow Administrator would be responsible for the daytoday configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role will ensure smooth operation of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user and group administration.
• Configure and customize forms, fields, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications.
• Monitor system performance, health, and integrations.
• Manage update sets, release upgrades, and patching activities.

ITSM Support

• Support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Ensure data accuracy and CMDB integrity through regular audits and reconciliation.

Service Catalog & Workflow Management

• Develop and maintain service catalog items and fulfillment workflows.
• Automate processes using Flow Designer or Workflow Editor.
