Service Engineer

The Service Engineer Export will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery at overseas customer locations, along with providing remote support when required. The role involves frequent international travel and customer interaction.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical & Mechatronics.

Experience

• Freshers and candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience in service or commissioning of industrial machinery can apply
• Experience in export or international service support is preferred
• Exposure to capital equipment, special purpose machines, or automation systems is desirable

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machines at Export customer
2. Provide both on-site and remote technical support to International Pharma Customers
3. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
4. Conduct machine trials, performance checks, and acceptance testing
5. Train customer operators and maintenance personnel during commissioning
6. Prepare detailed service reports and technical documentation
7. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, spares) to resolve issues
8. Support customers through email, phone, and virtual meetings
9. Handle breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and warranty-related issues
10. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and export standards
11. Represent the company professionally during global assignments

• Valid passport is mandatory; visa readiness is an added advantage
