Requirements:
BFSI domain is mandatory with strong SDM Capability.
SLA management : Governance of SLA , reporting SLA , enabling team on SLA
SOP creation , process improvement and Optimisation , Continuous process improvement
- Experience working with globally dispersed technology and business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience driving estimation processes with development organizations
- Project budget management experience
- MS Project experience required
- Experience with collaboration with client on requirements, and align with the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)
