Eligibility & Terms

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 0 2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational Shift Support

Bond: Agreement bond for 2 years

Percentage : First class since schooling to Degree

Experience : 0-1 Years of Relevant experience in Servers

Package : 3 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor Linux and Windows servers for uptime and performance.

Provide Level 1 technical support through ticket, chat, and email.

Troubleshoot basic hosting, DNS, email, FTP, and website-related issues.

Assist customers with control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin.

Handle server reboot, service restart, backup verification, and log monitoring.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers when required.

Maintain proper documentation of support activities and resolutions.

Ensure timely response and resolution as per SLA.

Required Skillset

Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration.

Understanding of web hosting concepts, DNS, domains, email routing, and SSL.

Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Academic Qualification

BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT, CSE, ECE, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus.

Certification in Linux, Networking, or Cloud technologies is an added advantage.

Familiarity with Apache, Nginx, MySQL, and hosting control panels is an advantage.
