The Role

We're hiring Server Support Engineers with both fresher and mid-level experience. You'll be the first line of technical support for our international client base, keeping servers running smoothly and resolving issues as they come up.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues across Windows and Linux servers
• Handle server OS installation, configuration, and management
• Provide ticket-based technical support to international clients
• Manage HyperV servers - create, modify, update, and delete as needed

What we're looking for

• Strong computer networking fundamentals
• Solid understanding of Windows Server environments
• Experience with HyperV virtualisation
• Good communication skills (this one really matters - you'll be working with global clients)
• Familiarity with Ubuntu/Linux is a plus

The details

• Type: Full-time, on-site, Freshers & Mid-Level
• Salary (in-hand): 14,000 - 30,000/month, based on experience
• Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand. This is an on-site role, not remote - please apply only if you're currently based in or around Ranchi, or able to relocate.
