About Position:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead SEO strategy and execution for a global website initiative, driving search-first digital experiences and scalable organic growth through technical expertise and AI-driven methodologies.

What You'll Do:

• You will lead the end-to-end SEO strategy, driving scalable organic growth through technical excellence, programmatic frameworks, and AI-enabled execution
• Lead end-to-end SEO strategy and ensure search-first principles across project lifecycle
• Translate business objectives into scalable, search-optimized digital experiences
• Design and implement programmatic SEO frameworks for large-scale content and landing pages
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and crawlability for traditional and AI-driven search engines
• Build automation pipelines for content generation, technical audits, and reporting
• Ensure AI-readiness including LLM optimization, structured data, and entity SEO
• Maintain quality standards across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Collaborate with UX, content, and design teams to integrate SEO seamlessly
• Ensure SEO solutions are scalable, multilingual, and adaptable for global markets
• Stay updated with evolving SEO trends, AI search advancements, and tools
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement SEO and automation workflows

Expertise You'll Bring:

• You bring deep expertise in SEO strategy, technical implementation, and AI-driven search optimization across large-scale digital ecosystems
• Proven experience in SEO strategy and execution for large-scale web projects
• Strong expertise in programmatic SEO, including templates, data sourcing, and scaling
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs for SEO workflows and content optimization
• Experience working across multilingual and multi-regional environments with hreflang implementation
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO including Core Web Vitals, structured data, JavaScript SEO, and log analysis
• Experience designing and implementing automation pipelines for crawling, monitoring, and reporting
• Proven ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams
• Up-to-date understanding of SEO trends and AI search technologies (GEO/AEO)
• Basic engineering skills (Python, JavaScript, SQL, APIs) are a plus
• Education: Bachelors or masters degree in marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
