Job Description
Location: Bangalore | Experience: 26 Years
We are looking for a SEO specialist to lead performance-driven organic growth across traditional search and AI-powered discovery channels, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). This role will own strategy, execution, and client-facing SEO leadership across multiple accounts in a fast-growing digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute result-driven SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies
- Own SEO roadmaps, prioritization, and performance forecasting for client accounts
- Conduct advanced keyword research, entity mapping, and content gap analysis
- Lead AI search visibility initiatives, including AI Overviews, entity optimization, and answer engine readiness
- Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Optimize on-page, off-page, and link-building strategies aligned with business goals
- Align SEO initiatives with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies
- Monitor organic performance, AI visibility, and conversion metrics using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SE Ranking
- Own client communication, monthly reporting, and strategy presentations
- Mentor junior SEO team members and contribute to internal SEO processes and best practices

Requirements
- 36 years of agency SEO experience managing multiple client accounts
- Strong technical SEO, on-page strategy, and analytical thinking
- Experience with semantic SEO, entity-based optimization, and search intent mapping
- Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) mindset with performance-driven execution
- Strong communication, client management, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate SEO insights into business outcomes
