About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to lead the visual design function within our in-house marketing team.

This role is for someone who is not only strong in design, but also capable of guiding, managing, and improving the output of a small creative team. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns, brand ideas, and business requirements to life across both digital and offline touchpoints.

You will also be expected to manage and mentor our two in-house graphic designers, helping them improve their craft, stay aligned with timelines, and maintain consistency in quality across deliverables.

This is a role for someone who has taste, structure, ownership, and the maturity to lead by example. We are also looking for someone who has experience in creating AI-led visual content, whether static or video, and can help the team use newer tools in a practical and creative way.

What You Will Be Doing

Creative Leadership

• Lead the visual direction for marketing campaigns, brand communication, and content across channels
• Ensure all design output is aligned with the brands tone, look, and overall communication goals
• Bring stronger thinking and sharper aesthetics into the teams work
• Push for better ideas, better execution, and better attention to detail

Team Management

• Manage, mentor, and guide the two in-house graphic designers
• Review their work, give constructive feedback, and help improve quality consistently
• Allocate work based on priority, timelines, and strengths of the team
• Build a strong design culture where the team keeps learning and improving

Design Execution

• Create high-quality designs for:
• Social media
• Performance marketing creatives
• Website and digital campaigns
• Store branding and offline marketing materials
• Presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, standees, and other communication assets
• Be hands-on when required and step in for important or high-visibility creative work

AI Content Creation

• Use AI tools to create or enhance static and video content
• Explore practical use cases for AI in:
• Concept generation
• Visual ideation
• Adaptation and variations
• Content speed and scale
• Help the team use AI tools meaningfully without losing brand quality or originality
• Stay updated on emerging creative tools and workflows that improve productivity and output quality

Brand Consistency

• Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, both online and offline
• Ensure visual design standards are followed across campaigns and formats
• Help strengthen and evolve the brands visual language over time

Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Marketing team
• Content team
• Social media team
• Video editors and cinematographers
• Performance marketing team
• Translate briefs into clear visual directions and final output
• Collaborate across teams to ensure speed and quality of execution

Process & Quality Control

• Bring structure to the design workflow, including file organization, version control, and review processes
• Improve design efficiency without compromising creativity
• Ensure timelines are met and output quality remains high

What We Are Looking For

• 5 to 8 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or brand design
• Strong design portfolio across digital and offline formats
• Prior experience managing or mentoring junior designers
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and branding
• Ability to think creatively while also being practical and execution-focused
• Comfort working in a fast-paced marketing environment
• Strong communication and feedback skills
• Experience in creating AI-generated or AI-assisted content, including static creatives and/or video assets

Tools & Skills

Must Have

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Good understanding of Canva for faster team workflows where needed
• Ability to work across digital and print formats
• Strong knowledge of brand design systems and campaign adaptation
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, whether for static visuals, video, ideation, or creative adaptation

Good to Have

• Exposure to motion design or video-based creative thinking
• Experience in retail, D2C, consumer brands, or agency environments
• Ability to guide the team in adopting newer creative technologies and workflows
