What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process across the Vihara platform
• Design intuitive user experiences for buyers, sellers, banks, servicers, and internal operations teams
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Transform complex workflows into simple, elegant user experiences
• Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Conduct user research and gather customer feedback
• Design dashboards, analytics interfaces, workflows, and marketplace experiences
• Create and maintain a scalable design system
• Establish visual standards, patterns, and design guidelines across the platform
• Continuously refine and improve existing experiences based on user behavior and feedback
• Contribute to product strategy and feature planning

What We're Looking For

• Strong UI/UX and product design fundamentals
• Exceptional visual design skills
• Excellent proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing complex SaaS products and workflows
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High ownership and accountability
• Ability to learn quickly and execute independently

• Experience with Lottie animations
• Experience with motion design and motion graphics tools
• Experience creating micro-interactions and animated product experiences
• Frontend knowledge (React, HTML, CSS)
