Senior User Experience Designer

Skills :

Knowledge Eg:

1. Expertise in human interface guidelines, standards, and best practices as they apply to platforms.

2. Have a baseline understanding of the advantages (and limitations) of user experience and/or consumer research methodologies

3. Keen interest in a digital design-related disciplines: Strategic Design Management, Human Computer Interaction, Product Design, Service Design, New Media Design, Storytelling, and Universal design

4. Experience in executing collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams and business stakeholders

5. Basic understanding of User research methodologies including Stakeholder Interviews, Contextual Enquiry, Co-creation workshops, Customer Journey Mapping, Design Sprints etc.

6. Experience with wireframing, Low/Hi-Fidelity interactive mock-ps rapid prototyping, visual narratives & iterative design methodologies.

7. Good knowledge of prototyping tool such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Axure, Invision etc.

8. Understanding of User Validation and Evaluation techniques including Heuristic Evaluation, Usability / Accessibility Testing, Eye Tracking etc.

9. Understanding of Design Language Systems for use within product design and technology teams 10. A genuine eagerness to work and learn from a diverse and talented team
