Responsibilities:

- Source and attract top IT talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.)

- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and fit- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders

- Manage job postings and applicant tracking system

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

- Meet or exceed recruitment targets and metrics

Willingness to work on USA timezone

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment

- Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and job market

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
