About the Role

We are looking for a Strong ETL Test Lead/Architect who can ensure the quality of data warehousing and ETL processes, with a focus on SQL/Snowflake expertise and data validation.

Responsibilities

• QA experience in data warehousing and ETL testing.
• Proven leadership experience in guiding ETL testing teams, mentoring junior members, and driving quality assurance strategy across agile squad
• Strong SQL/Snowflake expertise (SnowSQL, Snowpipe processes, stored procedures).
• Hands-on experience validating large datasets, transformations, and data lineage.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks (DBT, Great Expectations, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket, and JIRA for test management.
• Good understanding of healthcare domain data (demographics, encounters, claims) preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to data accuracy.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Required Skills
