About the Role

Brio Elevators is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Lift Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators, escalators, and related equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing, and repairs of elevators and escalators.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
• Conduct inspections and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Execute modernization and upgrade projects for existing elevator systems.
• Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain service records, inspection reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and provide technical support as required.
• Guide and mentor junior technicians and support their skill development.
• Work closely with the service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in elevator/lift installation, maintenance, or service.
• Strong knowledge of elevator control systems, VVVF drives, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
