Senior Technical Project Manager

Location: Delhi NCR

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of solutions for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, technical understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to project milestones.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors, technology partners, and third-party consultants.

• Work closely with solution architects, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful implementation.
• Oversee projects involving:
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Virtualization technologies - VMware
• Data Center Infrastructure
• Network & Security Solutions
• IT Service Management Platforms (ServiceNow)
• Review technical designs, deployment plans, and change management processes.

• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.

• Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
• Track project KPIs, budgets, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and customer requirements.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology projects.
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior project management or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience managing enterprise customers and large-scale technology implementations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar.
