Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager!

Shell Recharge Solutions is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our Run and Maintain (R&M) portfolio, overseeing the stability and performance of our production platforms including the Charge Point Management System (CPMS), Mobile App, and MSP integrations. You will drive global coordination across Engineering, QA, SRE, DevOps, Support, and Product teams to ensure that issues are resolved quickly, incidents are prevented, and performance improves with each release.

Youll play a key role in operational strategy, change management, and the measurement of production success using DevOps and DORA metrics like MTTR, change failure rate, and deployment frequency.

What youll do:

• Lead program execution across multiple regions and systems, coordinating sprint cycles focused on feature delivery and production stability
• Define, track, and drive improvement across project delivery metrics: OnTime delivery, quality, cost control, planning effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction
• Serve as a primary escalation point for quality issues and align stakeholders on prioritizing and delivering functionalities.
• Oversee entire lifecyle of requirement from discovery through development to handover to the support team with effective planning, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into plan, progress, system health, regression quality, and delivery velocity.
• Drive delivery excellence through process improvements, retrospectives, and proactive risk management
• Partner with Product managers, Engineering leadership to define scope, resource plan, assess technical debt, prioritize feature, and balance maintenance with new feature delivery
• Coach and mentor other program managers
• Represent the TPM function in cross-organizational planning and quarterly release readiness forums

What Were Looking For:

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or technical project management, with at least 3 in a product development
• Proven track record of managing large-scale programs working with product managers, engineering team, quality team, operations team
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and production-readiness best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, especially in high-pressure situations
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EV charging platforms (CPMS, OCPP), mobile/backend app ecosystems, or other distributed systems
• Experience operationalizing DORA metrics
• Familiarity with incident management platforms, observability tooling, and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable leading in a global, matrixed environment with stakeholders across time zones
