URGENT HIRING for Product Technical Manager Private Cloud Security & Compliance (SME)

Contracting position with 6- 12 months. May extend depending on project requirement.
12+ years of experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure security, or enterprise security architecture, with strong exposure to private/hybrid cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the security and compliance roadmap for the private cloud platform, aligning with enterprise, regulatory, and customer requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC, NIST, CIS, DORA, HIPAA, PCI-DSS as applicable).
Define and enforce security architecture, policies, control frameworks, and guardrails across infrastructure, platform, and shared services.
Act as the primary SME for audits, assessments, and risk reviews, working closely with GRC, legal, internal audit, and external auditors.
Partner with engineering, SRE, DevSecOps, and product teams to embed security-by-design, zero trust, IAM, encryption, logging, and vulnerability management into the cloud lifecycle.
Support customer security due diligence, RFPs, and presales engagements, articulating cloud security posture and compliance differentiators.
Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of experience in cloud platforms, infrastructure security, or enterprise security architecture, with strong exposure to private/hybrid cloud environments.
Deep expertise in cloud security domains: IAM, key management, encryption, network security, monitoring, incident response, and data protection.
Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to BFSI, government, or regulated enterprises.
Proven experience leading security architecture reviews, audits, and compliance certifications.
Ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable technical and product requirements.
Work type/ position: Contracting position with 6- 12 months. May extend depending on project requirement.
Location: Bangalore & Indore. Will involve travelling between locations.
Budget: monthly 1 - 1.25 Lakh
