Learn more about Engineering, AI and Data Your work profile A Salesforce (SFDC) Tester validates configurations, customizations, and integrations within the CRM to ensure high-quality, customized solutions. Key responsibilities include creating test plans, conducting manual/automated functional, regression, and UAT testing, and collaborating with developers to resolve defects in Apex, Lightning components, and APIs Your Responsibilities : Test Strategy & Leadership Define Salesforce Test Strategy & Test Plan (SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration) Establish QA governance model for Salesforce implementations Estimate testing effort for Agile / Hybrid delivery Manage onshoreoffshore testing teams Drive defect triage & quality metrics reporting Present quality dashboards to stakeholders Salesforce Functional Testing Strong experience in testing: Sales Cloud Lead & Opportunity Management Account & Contact Management Quotes & CPQ Forecasting Campaigns Service Cloud Case Management Omni-channel routing Knowledge Articles Entitlements & SLAs Experience Cloud (Community/PRM) Partner portal login & registration Role-based access Case/Opportunity visibility Approval workflows Marketing Cloud (optional but preferred) Journey Builder testing Email campaign validation Subscriber data validation Integration Testing Salesforce SAP / ERP integration validation API Testing (REST / SOAP) Middleware testing (MuleSoft, Boomi) Data validation between systems IDOC / JSON payload validation Given your SAP S/4HANA experience, this is a strong advantage area for you.
