Summary JD (short version)

Tecinvent is looking for a Manager Systems Software Engineering with 10+ years of experience to lead and manage Oracle Applications environments in a hybrid setup from Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on and leadership experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) across Finance, Supply Chain (SCM), HCM or related modules, including endtoend implementation, support, and optimisation. Exposure to ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD or custom workflows) and Oracle Taleo or similar ATS is a strong plus. The role works in a 3 PM12 AM shift to support global stakeholders, requires excellent coordination with crossfunctional teams, and is open to immediate joiners.
