Job Title: SRE Services Lead / Technical Lead (Nutanix / Wintel / Citrix)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SRE Services Lead / Technical Lead to manage and optimize enterprise infrastructure across Windows (Wintel), Nutanix HCI, virtualization, and Citrix environments. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of core infrastructure services, leading incident management, and driving automation and continuous improvement aligned with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Windows Servers, Nutanix clusters, virtual machines, and Citrix environments.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and service improvement initiatives.
• Oversee patch management, OS upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
• Support Citrix platforms (XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, NetScaler) and ensure optimal user experience.
• Implement automation using PowerShell or similar tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and infrastructure governance standards.

Required Skills:

• 810 years of experience in infrastructure operations and reliability engineering.
• Strong expertise in Nutanix HCI, Windows Server (Wintel), Citrix, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience in incident management, automation, and large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

Certifications in Nutanix, Citrix, VMware, or Microsoft, and exposure to Azure or infrastructure automation tools.
