Lead and manage the complete application and admission process, including university shortlisting, documentation review (SOPs, LORs, resumes), offer letter follow-ups, and ensuring high success rates in student placements
Offer in-depth guidance on study permits and immigration requirements in accordance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, including financial documentation, Genuine Student intent, and post-study work opportunities
Mentor and support junior advisors by providing training, sharing best practices, and ensuring adherence to quality standards while driving team performance and achieving enrollment targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with Canadian universities and partners, stay updated on changing policies, scholarships, and industry trends, and contribute to business growth through student conversions and strategic initiatives
