About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to design and deliver robust, efficient, and code-compliant structural solutions for large-scale industrial facilities and mission-critical data center projects.

This role requires strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, economical, and high-performance structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer RCC and structural steel systems for industrial and data center projects
• Perform detailed structural analysis and calculations (gravity, wind, seismic loads)
• Develop and review:
• Structural layouts
• Detailed drawings
• Technical specifications and calculation reports
• Ensure compliance with seismic and wind load standards as per applicable codes
• Coordinate with Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical teams for integrated design
• Participate in design reviews, constructability checks, and risk assessments
• Provide technical support during construction and execution phases

Required Experience & Skills

• 815 years of experience in structural engineering
• Experience in industrial / data center / large infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in tools such as STAAD, ETABS, SAFE or equivalent
• Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles
• Familiarity with international / European codes is an advantage
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and methodical approach

Preferred Background

• Experience in mission-critical environments (data centers, industrial plants)
• Exposure to multidisciplinary project coordination
