Senior Speech Language Pathologist

Orange Child Development & Rehabilitation Centre (OCDRC) is a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in supporting children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and learning disabilities. This is a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru for a Senior Speech Language Pathologist. The selected candidate will assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Tasks include delivering therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing guidance to both caregivers and junior team members. Staying updated on best practices in speech-language pathology will be essential to ensure high-quality care.

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and Communication Disorders
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders
• Experience managing cases involving Dysphagia and other related conditions
• Strong understanding of Speech and Communication development in children
• Ability to collaborate with other professionals and engage parents in therapy plans
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field; certifications in speech therapy or equivalent qualifications preferred
• Prior experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable
