Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) with 8+ years of software engineering experience and at least 2 years of team handling or technical leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern web technologies and a proven track record of building scalable, production grade SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.

Lead the delivery of complex software features from design to deployment.

Mentor and guide engineering team members.

Participate in architecture and technical decision making.

Build secure, high performance, and maintainable systems.

Implement authentication, authorization, and role based access control (RBAC).

Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Required Skills

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

2+ years of team handling or technical leadership experience.

Strong expertise in React and Next.js.

Strong backend development experience using Node.js.

Experience building scalable SaaS applications.

Strong SQL and relational database design skills.

Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL.

Hands on experience with MongoDB.

Strong understanding of multi tenant architecture, authentication, authorization, and RBAC.

Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have

Experience with Fastify.

Experience with Azure AD B2C and JWT authentication.

Experience building metadata driven or configuration driven platforms.

Exposure to AI enabled systems, vector search, embeddings, or RAG workflows.

Experience working on enterprise workflow platforms.
